Covering all the bases we visually inspect the roof, exterior, interior, porches, basements, crawl spaces, all appliances, windows, structural components, rooms, fireplaces, plumbing, electrical, insulation, garages (including detached). When we are finished you will recieve your report on sight or via e-mail. Within 24 hours.

$285 up to 2000 square feet

$25 for every 500 square feet after

Radon Testing

Radon is a serious health concern in Pennsylvania, causing more than 20000 deaths in the US due to Lung Cancer. Using state of the art equipment we will test and monitor the possibility of Radon gases in your home. We monitor the tester for 48 hours under closed door and window conditions. If your home is considered high risk and we recommend mitigation we will work with you thru the mitigation answering all your questions from beginning to end.
